Shipping Information
New Zealand Deliveries
The service is provided by PBT Couriers Limited, after your order has been confirmed shipped it should arrive within one to three working days.
International Deliveries
International shipping is provided by New Zealand Post's international Par Avion Air service.
The following estimated times are from the time your order has been confirmed for shipping, these times do not include public holidays or custom delays which may occur and are outside our control.

Trade Restrictions on exports
Due to New Zealand export restrictions Justink Ltd. will not ship goods to the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Angola
- Haiti
- Iraq
- Liberia
- Libya
- Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia, Montenegro)
- Socialist Republic of Yugoslavia (Bosnia, Herzegovina)
- Rwanda
- Sierra Leone
- Somalia
Customs and Duty
Please note that all shipments to destinations out side New Zealand may be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
We suggest you contact your local customs authority to see if any import duties or taxes apply to you.
Customer Service Contract
Justink Ltd. sales are made under full compliance with the laws of New Zealand including, The Fair Trading Act, Commerce Act, Consumer Guarantees Act and Sale of Goods Act.
No contract will subsist between you and Justink Ltd. for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Justink Ltd. accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you and Justink Ltd. irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts.
All product sold by Justink Ltd. is done so on the understanding that it is for personal use only and you agree to pay any import duties or taxes that may apply to you for customs clearance.
