Just Ink Returns Policy

Please read the following conditions on returning goods to Just Ink

If you order incorrect goods we are happy to take them back with just a few conditions:

  1. Please contact us first to secure a Returns Authority (RA). No returned goods will be accepted in the warehouse without an approved RA. RA's are only valid for 14 days.
  2. Incorrectly ordered goods must be returned in original packaging which is still intact. We cannot accept any incorrectly ordered goods which have been opened or if the packaging is damaged or defaced in any way. If you are not at all sure feel free to contact us as sometimes certain cartridges are compatible with several different brands of machine.
  3. When returning incorrectly ordered goods please pack them in another box so that the original packaging will not be damaged by stickers, courier handling etc.
  4. It is your responsibility to pay the freight charges back to our warehouse.
  5. A 10% restocking fee is charged on all incorrectly ordered goods.
  6. Returned unopened goods can only be returned within 14 days from date of receipt.

Faulty Toners and Inks rarely happens, in the unlikely event you bought a faulty product, goods can be returned with these conditions:

  1. Please contact sales@justink.co.nz first to ensure and confirm that the product is faulty, as we may need information from the manufacturer confirming the fault. We will issue a Returns Authority. No returned goods will be accepted in the warehouse without an approved RA. Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
  2. As a rule we do not give credits for returns where the goods are over 6 months old from the invoice date. This is due to manufacturers restraints, not our wishes. Exceptions are made for some products where we have specific latitude given to us by the manufacturer of the product.
  3. Laser or copier returns cannot and will not be processed without printed pages from the cartridge in question. There will be no exceptions as we are unable to obtain credits without these.
  4. Most cartridges have to be over a minimum weight before we can accept them for return. Minimum weight of 40% of the original weight is required.
  5. If the product has been refilled or tampered with in any way, the credit will be rejected.
  6. We will send you a prepaid ticket with the Returns authority number. Please package the product securely and attach the prepaid ticket to the parcel. Call the 0800 number in the prepaid ticket and instruct the courier company that the parcel is ready for pick up. Once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result.

Sometimes we make mistakes when we order, we are sympathetic when it comes to returns and will consider all requests for returns which do not meet these criteria on a case by case basis.

If for any reason you decide to cancel your order and payment please take note of the following:

If we are certain that your order has not yet been shipped. We will confirm by email that your order has been cancelled. If the cancelled order has been paid, Just Ink Refund Policy apply.

Refund Policy

  • Payment by Credit Cards will be refunded minus bank costs of 2.8%. Nominated Credit Card account will be credited.
  • Payment by Direct Credits will have their nominated bank account credited.

Once orders are shipped from our warehouse or our suppliers Just Inks Returns Policy applies.
